The 10/11 SS had $4/1 coupons for both of these products. When I tried to use them today I was told that I couldn't because the coupon value was higher than the item value. I asked if the coupon could be adjusted to $3.99 and was told no. Is this normal for Walgreens or did I just get a grumpy cashier? P.S.
