If you are a teacher (or a parent who can organize this for your childs teacher), Sunny D wants to give you some free books for the classroom!
Here’s how:
1. Collect 20 labels from participating Sunny D products (note: does not include individual serving bottles or cans)
2. Have the teacher submit the labels with this form to Sunny D
In return, the people at Sunny D will select 20 age-appropriate books for the classroom and send them to the teacher!
Fine Print:
Promotion begins August 17, 2009, 12:00am EST and ends the earlier of (a) while supplies last (up to 50,000 books), or (b) November 14, 2009, date by which UPC labels must be postmarked. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for delivery. One submission per teacher only; a teacher of multiple classes cannot make separate submissions on behalf of multiple classes. No mechanically reproduced UPC labels permitted. Illegible and incomplete submissions are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected submissions or submissions not received.
