Superfresh: 7/10 to 7/16/09 – TRIPLE COUPONS!

Superfresh has brought back Triple coupons and it is about time!

Just a quick note:  Superfresh registers can be a little wonky.  While their official policy is that they do not give overages, oftentimes the register (or the cashier) will not catch it and you will end up with an overage from buying a product with Triple Coupons.  Please remember that overages are a “gift”, not a “right”.

As a reminder, Superfresh does not accept Internet Printable coupons, but they will accept dollar-off coupons from other stores (such as a $5 off $50 coupon from Acme)

In NY, A&P and Waldbaums are doing triples as well. I picked up the SaniKids Wipes which were .50 off. They had the 15 count travel packs which were marked down to .49 (reg .99) and I used the $1 coupon from one of the circulars a few weeks back. Got 2 for free! Also used a couple of the coupons in the Home Made Simple booklets that were mailed a few weeks ago. Mr. Clean Magic Erasers were 50% off marked down to 1.49 (reg 2.99) and used the .75 coupon from the booklet which was tripled! Moneymaker! Also 50% off were the Dawn Simple Pleasures in Water Lily and Jasmine. Got that for $1.99 and then used the $1 coupon (not tripled).

I just called my store in PA and they will not take ANY on-line coupons. Which is kind of stupid, since I will go to a different store to get those products.

I just read somewhere that Superfresh only does 4 of the same coupons for the triple coupon deal. For example if you had (5) 0.50 cent coupons for Laundry Detergent – only 4 of those coupons would triple. Can anyone confirm this for me?! Thanks!

That is their official policy for Doubles as well as Triples. However, store managers are allowed totweak the policy and many do “lift” the 4-coupon limit (my local store doubles and triples unlimited)

Just a quick note to say, the electrolsol tabs cost 3.49, use $2.50q and the $0.50 Easy Solutions Store coupon, making it $0.49 cents for each.

Thanks, J
