I was informed at Walgreen’s last night that you can’t do two transactions in a row and use RRs from your first transaction to pay for the second. I just did that a few days ago, but the cashier told them there’s been a crackdown and the cameras are watching them. I have to come back another day to spend my RRs. I’ve had no problems getting my ECBs at CVS and then spending them thirty seconds later!
