There’s good deals to be found at CVS this week, including a moneymaker on a Blood Glucose Monitor.
Don’t have diabetes and can’t imagine why you would care about a monitor? Read this post to understand why you buy things that you don’t need or want. What do you do with the monitor? I’ve always donated them to the County Geriatric Center (where the old people with ZERO money go) that is right down the street from one of my CVS stores. I’ve also heard the suggestion to donate them to your local fire/ambulance company.
The way I look at it, CVS is giving me free Pampers this week (since I will take the $10 ECBs that I earn with $0 OOP and just buy a pack of Pampers!)
Thanks to Erin at Coupon Cravings for this list! Check out her site for even more savings at CVS this week!
Get these FREE (some after ECBs)
Glaceu Vitamin Water: (32 oz.) $2.99, get $2.99 ECBs (limit 1)
Colgate Toothbrush: $.99
use the $1 coupon from the September All You or the $.75/2 from the 9/28 SS)
Bayer Breeze2 Blood Glucose Monitoring System: $14.99, get $10 ECBs (limit 1)
Use one of two ways to make this a moneymaker: If you have the $30 coupons from the 3/16 or 6/1 SS, they will be adjusted down to $14.99. You will pay $0 out-of-pocket and get back $10 ECBs. If you don’t have the coupon, there is a mail-in-rebate on the box for the full purchase price. You will then have to lay out the $14.99 and get it back in 6-8 weeks. Note: you cannot do both, so don’t even try to mail in the rebate if you use the coupon. They will just send you a letter denying your rebate (I know – I’ve tried)
Bic Soleil Razor: $5.99, get $4 ECBs (limit 5):
pair with this $2/1 coupon to make it free after ECBs
Always Infinity Pads (14-18 ct): $4.98, get $4.98 ECBs (limit 1)
Colgate MaxFresh: (4.6-6oz) $2.99, get $2 ECBs (limit 2)
Use the $1/1 from the 9/28 SS AND the $1/1 from CVS’s Reinventing Beauty Book to make this a $1 moneymaker
Other deals of note
Speed Stick & Lady Speed Stick: $1.99, get $1 ECB (limit 5)
Use $.50/1 coupon from 9/28 SS insert. (some areas got $.50/2)
Aquafresh Toothpaste: $.99
Aussie or Herbal Essences: $2.88
Use the $2/2 Aussie from the 9/7 RP or the $2/1 HE from the 9/7 SS

As of today, the limit is two for the infinity pads. My CVS was stocked with these. There were some on the endcaps too. I bought two of the colgate maxfresh and my receipt still showed there was room for more. I don’t have any more Q’s so I won’t be testing it. The Maxfresh was ONLY on the endcap in my store.
