Double Coupons at KMart!

Now before my local readers get excited, it doesn’t seem to include eastern PA stores!

But if you live in California, Ohio, Kentucy, Pennsylvania, Illinois or Missouri, click here (thanks Mercedes!) to see if your store is participating and to find some great ideas for freebies and cheapies.

1 DianeScraps September 5, 2008 at 12:56 pm: I would highly recommend contacting your local stores. I called our closest 3 yesterday. The first 2 surely thought I was on drugs, but the third advised me that yes they were participating. I did pretty well, but while I was checking out they were notified that it was a mistake and they shouldn’t have been offereing it, but let me get the doubles anyhow.

I have heard some other stores are honoring the deal if people request it.

So call, and if you get a YES be sure to get the associates name, then RUN to Kmart!

It could have been sooo much more fun if they had kept the deal, but I am happy for the deals I did get.

Anne September 6, 2008 at 7:47 am: I read on the boards that there is a rumor about an email that went out to all the stores that if a customer came in and asked about the deal, they were to receive it even if their store was not a part of the test market. Anyone want to be the first to test it in Pottstown or Phoenixville? Lol.

Anne September 8, 2008 at 4:11 pm: Just a quick note (as I am at work) but I went to the store in Phoenixville this morning with a picture of the ad (as the ad states the 4th to th 8th) and I asked the manager if he would honor it as per Corporate. He did, but not before giving me the 3rd degree about how I found out about it.

I have a feeling that if I did not have the pic of the advertisement he would not have done so. Another person tried to argue that the email said the 7th, but the ad itself clearly states that it is until the 8th.

I got the picture was on one of the fourms that does not like to be mentioned. But if you did a search for the double coupons you would be able to find it without a problem as it is in the first post of the thread.
