		<description>Thanks for the suggestions on how to handle IPs. I have encountered one Target who refused to even scan my coupon due to belief it wasn't for the product I was buying. I called another Target, confirmed I was right in trying the deal, went there AND called Corporate. I got my deal to work and got a $5 gift card for my troubles.  I also had issues at a Wal-Mart where they informed me that their "policy" was to only accept TWO IPs not two of the same but two TOTAL.  Strange.  I think I will be collecting those policies and keeping them with me from now on. :)
